Tiger-Vac, as the manufacturer, GUARANTEES, that these units of category 1 & 2, can be used to safely recover combustible /conductive dusts and/or flammable liquids.

The ATEX marking certifies only, by it's Ingress of Protection (IP),  the capacity of the vacuum cleaner to be in the presence of combustible /conductive dusts and/or flammable liquids but does not certify the capacity of the vacuum cleaner to recover them.

Fuel and solvents recovery vacuum cleaner systems:
ATEX Category 2 Explosion proof vacuum cleaner systems for ATEX Zone 1 (Gas) and
ATEX Zone 21 (Dust) (where indicated)

HEPA - High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter

A HEPA filter is a type of air filter, which means it filters the air coming in or out of the vacuum cleaner system. It can remove at least 99.995% of dust, pollen, mould, bacteria and any other airborn particles with a size of 0.3 microns or larger.

Tested: IEST RP-CC001.3. H14 by MPPS method as per EN 1822.
